The Club offers notary services to the public by appointment only. Please call 941-639-4151. Administration hours: 9:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M., Monday thru Friday. ( Until October 1st)
Linkside Cafe is open to the public daily for Lunch and Happy Hour. Weekend Breakfast is served all year.
BOOKING AN EVENT OR MEETING
The public may book events or meetings for a fee. All booking will be handled by the Linkside Office (See Clubhouse Use Policies) Complete the Reservation Form and abide by Club Policies. Forms are also available in the lobby.
SERVICES OFFERED TO THE MEMBERS
Members enjoy special member pricing on postal and office services and free Notary Service. Notary services require an appointment. See times and phone numbers above. Members may also use the shredder in the Library.
The Library is for Members Only Please show your membership card when asking to visit the Library The Library has a wonderful selection of books and we have started to build a DVD Library as well. You may take as many books as you like for as long as you like. Donations are always welcome. The Library is open during office hours only and sometimes is unavailable during meetings.
ACTIVITIES AND GROUPS
All group activities taking place in the Clubhouse must be booked on our events calendar and be made exclusive for Members Only. Contact our Events Coordinator at 941-639-4151 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your Group scheduled. Also, we are always looking to develop new and exciting Activities. Your suggestions and help in organizing new things are most welcome.
BOOKING AN EVENT OR MEETING
Members do not have to pay a fee for using the Club's facilities, as long as 100% of the participants are Members. If the participants are not comprised of 100% Members, your booking will be treated as a "Public" event. (See Above) Whether your event is Member or Non-Member, you still must complete the Reservation Form and abide by Club Policies.
CLUB WiFi ACCESS
The Club provides WiFi access for Members Only. If you want to use your computer in the Clubhouse, please check with the office for your member only password for WiFi access. Please keep this confidential for use by our members. Also, please use the lobby or lanai areas during meal time if you are not dining in order to leave tables free for our dining patrons.
FLAME KEEPERS – CLUB'S DONATION PROGRAM
This is a great way for members, non-members, groups and businesses to help improve the facilities at BSGAC. Everyone is welcome to donate funds to enhance the Clubhouse and/or the Golf Course through the Flame Keepers program. The Donor Form allows you to choose how you want your donation to be used and also has an option for memoriam gifts. Donors are recognized in the Club lobby.
